Lawrence J. Logback

Larry’s practice encompasses all aspects of health care law and litigation, focusing on the defense of malpractice claims brought against hospitals; physicians, A.R.N.P.’s and nurses. He has handled cases which required an understanding of medical specialties including obstetrics, neurosurgery, psychiatry, anesthesia, family medicine, emergency medicine and general surgery. He has litigated issues involving catastrophic spine and brain injuries, delayed diagnosis of cancers, pharmacological neurotoxicity, anaphylaxis, sepsis, stroke and aneurysm. He has served as lead counsel in more than thirty trials, before state and federal judges and juries in a diverse range of venues. He also represents and defends corporate clients, large and small, against employment practices claims of discrimination and retaliation. He works with his clients on their employment policies and practices, seeking to mitigate risk or proactively address issues, before litigation, with a goal of addressing them in as efficient and economical manner.
